My name is Daniel Diver. I have begun this blog to share my experiences with you, so that you might join me on my journey. I am no expert I learn as I go. I have a real passion for cookery and am a complete gym-aholic. In my recipes I strive to be creative and create tasty, nutritious and mostly high protein meals. I cook this way because it is what my body needs right now but that doesn't mean it needs to be dull drab and boring.
